IN THE GRAVE, LIFE. Group Exhibition

The Cluj-Napoca Art Museum, public institution which operates under the authority of the Cluj County Council, together with the Eleon Association, invites the public to the opening of the group exhibition „In the Grave, Life”. The event will take place on April 27th, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m.

The opening will be held in the presence of the exhibition’s curator, Ion Grigorescu. Some of the artists whose works will be exhibited will also be present. The following artists’ works will be shown: Paul Gherasim, Marin Gherasim, Vasile Gorduz, Matei Lăzărescu, Dacian Andoni, Alexandru Antonescu, Crinela Antonescu, Ana-Maria Ariciu, Livia Bălan, Mircea But, Sorin Câmpan, Remus Dragomir, Sorin Dumitrescu, Constantin Flondor, Mariana Gheorghiu, Ion Grigorescu, Ruxandra Grigorescu, István Kancsura, Vasile Lefter, Laurențiu Mogoșanu, Elena Murariu, Lila Passima, Christian Paraschiv, Horea Paștina, Nicolae Procopan, Mihai Sârbulescu, Radu Șerban, Monica Timofei, Paul Timofei și Bogdan Vlăduță.

Organized on the days of Resurrection, the exhibition proposes a meditation on the vulnerability and ephemerality of life, as well as the possibility of man to overcome his status as a created being, and to participate in the life of his Creator.

The exhibition can be visited until May 14th, 2023.
