CORNEL VANA. DE ODOR ȘI LACRĂME

Cluj-Napoca Art Museum, a public institution of county interest, which belongs under the authority of the Cluj County Council, organizes, between March 6 and April 14, the exhibition called "De odor și lacrăme" by the artist Cornel Vana.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 6 p.m. On this occasion, Prof. Univ. Dr. Lucian Nastasă-Kovács, manager of Cluj-Napoca Art Museum, prof. Dr. Dorel Găină, the cultural journalist Demostene Șofron and Dr. Dan Breaz will deliver speeches. Cornel Vana was born on March 10, 1957, in the village of Cacova Ierii, at the foot of the Great Mountain. The artist acknowledges his peasant origin with dignity, but also realizes a vivid artistic identity.
