Opening
The Art Museum of Cluj-Napoca invites the public to visit, between May 30 and June 8, 2024, the "91 Young Artists & Doina Cornea" exhibition.
Contemporary children, together with the child Doina Cornea, expose their personal childhood universes. The present exhibition creates the opportunity for immersion in the essence of childhood innocence, in nostalgia and gratitude towards those who paved the way to freedom.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on May 30, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. - the 95th anniversary of Doina Cornea's birth. The central theme of the exhibition is the portrait of Doina Cornea. In this way, it will be possible to admire the way children, from a few years to adulthood, perceive it in their drawings. The portraits will be exhibited alongside the drawings made by Doina Cornea in all stages of her childhood.
